  4.    This application really lets your Arc SOUND OFF!
  5.    It replaces the standard system 'BEEP' noise with
  6.  a digitised sound (If you wish to replace this sound,
  7.  replace the file '!RawSound' with any RAW digitised
  8.  sound sample you want, e.g. from Armadillo sampler).
  9.  
  10.    The sound volume, pitch, and duration may be set
  11.  using the "Parameters ⇨" option on the main menu.
  12.    When you click on the 'OK' button in the parameters
  13.  window, the new parameters will be entered, and the
  14.  resulting sound will be played. Once you have got the
  15.  parameters correct, you can Quit !SoundOff, and the
  16.  sound will remain until you CTRL-Break or switch off.

  18.    Volume can be from 0% to 100%, pitch can be any
  19.  number between 0 (low) and 255 (high), and duration
  20.  is measured in 20ths of a second (e.g. a duration of
  21.  40 = 2 seconds)

  23.    To change the DEFAULT volume, pitch, and duration,
  24.  run the program '!Change' inside the application
  25.  directory.
